Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
writing a will
I am 64. I have only 2 sons. I have a house with ground floor and first floor built. In my will, can i write ground floor to my elder son and first floor to younger son. I have heard that it is possible with flats but not with house. Please clarify.

If it is your self earned property than only you can dispose it by a will and even in respect of house you can write as above even in case of house. only thing is you need to secify clearly the desccription of the property.

You have got a self earned estate.
Dont worry you can allot the house at your sole choice.

Donot put ears on rumers.You can allocate the house as per your own choice and choice.
