Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

my adhoc promotion

sir presently i m working in a public sector undertaking.earlier i was site. engr/civil there. and nowadays after passing one open recruitment exam of the same org. i have become deputy manager.in the above said exam i appeared as departmental candidate.which is the usual procedure.the org. provides one special adhoc promotion or some increments (as per willingness opted by employee)for employees placed in J&K PROJECTS ,if they are not specifically selected for J&k project. the said recruitment also was not specific for j&k project.because i m again been posted to this proj. i must have adhoc. prom. if i demand.but org. doesn`t seem to. my collegue from same exam has been posted to non j7K PROJ. IF HE IS TRANSFERRED TO THIS PROJ. HE WILL GET THAT ADHOC. PROMOTION.I BEEN UNNECESSARILY POSTED THERE AND ALLOWING ADHOC PROMO. WHAT SHALL I DO NOW. KINDLY ADVISE ME.

even in adhoc promotion seniority counts! if the other candidate is senior to you be a day then he has all the chances of getting the promotion.- from your query i am unable to understand in what position you are now holding? - have you already opted for the promotion? - for further clarification please send a clear and detailed query.
