Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

Arrears not given

I am emploed inaided college at amritsar in1957.the grades werw given to the employess but i was denied the benefit.niether grade nor arrears were given to me now i am retired and want to claim the arrears and grade arrears which were given to other employees dues from 1996.

You have to issue a notice of your claim/demand to the institution as well to the appropriate authorities. If the reply is not satisfactory or if no reply is issued you have no option otherthan to move the court for appropriate orders.
