Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Dear sudershan sir , yesterday i asked a question about married daughter's share's in ancestrol propety , whose caretaker are my father , who is alive, in your reply you have suggested to file a civil suit ,my question is will you please give me reference about past such cases and rules through which we can file the case , i have discussed this case with many local lawyer's , but no one confident about whether married daughter has any share in ancestrol /father's property , when father is alive. please advice

ask your lawyer to go through the amendment in hindu succession act that took place in 2005.
