delay in promotion

Sub:- Delayed in issuing promotional order from govt.authority.

With reference to the subject cited above I am under signed govt . servant staff nurse ,

Working for Institute of PSY &Human Behavier Bambolim Goa.

To inform you that I have complited 23 yrs of my regular service for above institution

as staff nurse .On dated 30 August 2006 I was given charge to look after of the ward

no 4 in place of retired Ward sister as I was 1st in the Seniority

list to get promotion. At the same time there were promotion for Matron and Assistant Matrons and these promotion were given to ward incharges

Presently I doing duties of Ward –Incharge for last one year without any monitory Benefite

Kindly look into the above matter and knowledge as per your compatancy give your

Advice and further remedies in concern with above matter.

Your institutional's service rule/Manual is required to be examined.If as per service manual you are entitled to promotion then you can proceed against the hospital and can seek past benfits etc. Did youmade any representation to authorities? What were their reply?If there were any discrimination by authority then definatly you have a good case.In case of need you may contact with all details.
