Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
What can I do when my employer not wanted to give me my release letter
I am an IT professional. I have a bond with my employer that I will give one months notice period before leaving the company.
Now when I have given the resignation letter with one months notice period, they are creating trouble in giving me release letter. Due to this my new job is in stake.
Please suggest me what are the legal action I can take against them.

Approach the court by way of suit for mandatory injunction.
