Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
my father was an employee with p&t audit works department.he died on 15April 2009 while he was on service.he had only 33 months for retiring.me and my elder brother both are unemployed.but my mother is in Govt service in UP but she is near retirement age my name is kept as nominee for compassionate appointment.we do not have any assets or immovable property in our name.whats my chance of getting the job?does the retirement benefits a hindrance for my job?what are the factors considered for granting compassionate appointment?will i get the job?

As i earlier answer the same question. First if your mother is in job, then it may be a hindrence but retirement benefits are not hindreance for your job .
