Is a retrenched industrial worker entitled to receive all 3 of the below.1 retrenchment compensation, retrenchment notice and gratuity ?
If so at what rates ?

what is the designation of the industiral worker - persons in the capacity of supervisor, manager etc., are not industrial work though they work for a industry!
-in case of retrenchment one months notice will be issued
-he also liable to get a compensation of at least 15 days pay
- gratuity is different - how many years have you worked - what is your gratuity ac?
