Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
What is the legal procedure in India where inclusion of new recruits in PF scheme is concerned? If a company pays basic salary more than 6500 then as per law it is not obligated to make its employees members of PF but suppose after a service period of 1 year, the company decides to include the person to PF scheme, will it be possible?
