Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Non Compete Clause
Iam joining a US Company based out of Florida as Director of international sales based out of Dubai, Middle East. They have asked me to sign a NCC for 1 year. Since my job is specialized and unique hence it would be difficult for me to get another job easily.
Can I claim salary or compensation for the NCC period if I resign. Also if the company terminates me, will the NCC become void
