Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Not received salries and other benifits as per appointment letter
I worked in propritory organisation for one year and two months as Divisional Manager(march13th 2006 to 10th may 2007)with an apooint ment letter issued by proprietor. In the appointment letter he mentioned a monthly salary of Rs 18,900 per month and with daily working allowances as 1. Head Quarter Rs 150/-.2. Ex Head Quarter Rs.150/-. 3. Out Station ( where night stay is required)Rs 400/-. For travelling Rs 1.50paise per Km. From the date of joining my employe not paid as per appointment and paid part payments stating orally that the financial position is disturbed and any dues are there I will pay by march 2007 but he did't. I waited up to april 2007 and resigned on may 10th 2007. When I asked him for the balance wages he postponed and now refusing to pay. Please suggest me how to get my balances. Awaiting your early reply. Thanking you Ramana

Re: Not received salries and other benifits as per appointment letter
you can file civil recovery case for recovering the remaining amount
if the firm was coming in the criteria of labour laws then you can move there too.
