How to recover the losses from the Consultancy/Agency

I need solution whether it is possible to claim from the AGENCY/CONSULTANCY which is involved in International contract appointment ,

Case-

1.The Company Belongs To Soudi Arabia. That gives me Offerletter in past July 21st.and by mail received from Agency on 31st July2008.

2. sequencially I go thru medical passing and Visa stamping.

3. Co. itself is reqested to join within 15days. but due to Agency's late ,causes me loss of economical ,moral, career and self respect in all the way. Finally till date they are not sure this will be done ,but co needs me under priority,but agency still delayed. without any relevant causes.

3.In this case shall I want to go for a claim legally to the AGENCY, not to the company. Please suggest.

Your facts are not clear. It appears that you may not be able to take any legal action against the agency / consultancy. However, you may better consult a local lawyer and show him all your documents for an appropriate opinion.

Its all depends on the terms of agreement between you and your consultancy. If he fails any of the terms, you can sue him, he is labile to answer.
