Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
A temporary worker in my neighbor's estate met with an accident wherein a tree fell on her just after she had finished her lunch and was upto go to work but had not commenced work.
( Also she resided closer to their estate ).
Note: The tree was in a healthy condition but seems it just got uprooted.
Would this involve any sort of compensation?
What are the consequences?
