dear sir, i am working in a mnc company as a peon cum office boy last 4 year, company paid me in cash & last 6 months company paid me in cheque, to till date company terminate me, he paid me only 1 months salary, termination resion is they want closed office & field force work from residence. What i can do...

Approach the labour commissioner/court if you are of the opinion that your termination is not as per law.
