Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
I worked with a private organization, and my monthly paycheque has returned due to the stop-payment by the employer. He did so just becasue I could not attend office for a single day owing to my illness.
What is my legal standing in this situation? Can I file a case against my employer?
please advise.
