Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
car company stopped taking my payments out automatically on their own. by time i caught it i was 2 months behind. got cops serving me repo papers and they want me to pay late fees on all late payments. I have always payed automatically (that is the only way they will accept payment and was part of my loan to be accepted). help!
