Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have a divorse decree signed by the Judge in Huntington Ind. After the divorse I was in agreeance with my ex that Our adopted daughter would live with me and in the agreement from the Judge stated I would recieve the adoption assistance along with 125.00 a month from My ex until the daughter reached 18. My daughter and I lived at my moms house than moved to our own place for 6 months, My mother passed away so I bought her house. I was working as an RN at Parkview Hospital. During the time of the separation I was given no support from my ex. I was hurt at work and could not work I ended up having a Total knee replacement which I asked My ex and his new wife if My daughter could stay with them while I was in the hospital and rehab . After that They stated she no longer wanted to stay with me but them.. She was 16. She stopped coming to my house against my will. She is by her self most of the time and they let her do anything she wants. Shes now 17 and they loet her stay at hotels with boys and girls. My ex states she can do what she wants and I am to stay out of it. I left him because he was deep into porn and my son and daughter both found it and I needed to get them away from it. All that is stated because he keeps threatening me to take me to court for total custody and he wants the state check. He stopped paying the 125.00 signed by the Judge for over a year. I still pay for alot of the clothes when she comes, I give them money when they ask, but I feel she is not in a good situation at there house without rules. But my ex and his wife state she can do what she wants and stay with whom she wants. I want her with me. What are my rights and if she is staying with them most of the time and there has been no court change am I responsible to give the money to them, when it states I would keep her with me and recieve the check until 18 and also the 125.00 He has not paid? My daughter is very mixed up, before the surgery we were togather all the time and my ex never had time to see her. Now I feel its all about the money and she is at a vaunerable age and is left to do as she pleases than is very rude to me3 the same as my ex. What are my rights?
