Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Indiana

I am making an independent horror movie. One of the actresses is 16. She is in a scene with a 22 year old and they have to kiss, is it illegal since its acting in a movie? do we need a contract signed by a parent? or just cast someone else? we live in Indiana.
