How much time will someone get for having sex with a 13 yr old who is 24 and admitted to it and is sitting in jail awaiting trial with a $40,000 sr bond with charges of sexual misconduct with a minor and charges of FA FB FC FD will he be able to walk away Scott free or be charged and sent to jail based on 13 yr old testimony

He can get up to 50 years for an A felony. What he will get is unknown until he is convicted and a judge imposes a sentence.
