disability pension
I was a police officer in florida and had on the job injury. I reieve a disability pension. If i were to get medically cleared and return to law enforcement with another agency can i loose my pension from my first agency where i have my pension?

It will depend on the terms of your disability payments, but the answer is probably yes, if you return in the same capacity as you were working before.
