My employer fired me and kepted my vacation check

My start day was 4/04/05 I asked ifI could take a vacation he said no it was not during the designated times Isaid ok,but what if i get fired or quit before that time He said Iwill lose it cause i will not be leaving the company on good terms Well Inever signed nothing nor read this when i got hired Well I was fired the day after Memorial Day I came into work and my code did not work I asked my boss whats going on He said im fired I said when did u fire me he said friday. How can u fire someone when they are not there? I Believe this all was happening cause I went to the emergency room after a injury to my left index finger They thought i was liability because they know of my past head injury

Depending on the size of your employer, you may have a claim under the FMLA or ADA. Also, if the injury to your finger occurred at work, you may have an action for wrongful termination.
