Legal Question in Disability Law in Indiana

i was fired from my job because my employer is being sued in a malpractice law suit and feels I did not document my work what laws would protect me in presenting my case

Indiana is an employment at will state. Generally speaking, you can be fired for any reason that is not a form of discrimination absent a written contract, written policies or a union contract, there is no protection available to you.
