Does ADA apply to a private business in terms of the number of handicapped parking spots that need to be provided

Yes. Title III of the ADA requires a private business to provide accessible parking. The number of accessible spaces required is determined by the number of parking spaces provided by the business. If you would like additional information, I can be reached at 317_706_1100.
