Legal Question in Disability Law in Indiana

i believe i have a wrongfull arrest case, and a malicious prosicution case, but dont know where to find help.

Your question is coming up then incorrectly as a Disability Discrimination Law (ADA) question. You say you believe you have a wrongful arrest case and perhaps a case for malicious prosecution. Any lawyer who handles personal injury and/or civil law should be able to help you sort out if you have a case and if they can't represent you should be able to refer you to someone who can.
