Legal Question in Administrative Law in Indiana
Can a parent obtain a Power of Attorney over a deceased child in order to conduct the affairs of that deceased child? The deceased child has children ages 15, 17, and 24, but none of them want to take the responsibility and would rather Grandmother do it..
