Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Indiana
i live in indiana my apt that i rent is riddled with mold. i have reported i 2 times a week since i moved in here on june 18th 2013 and they havent tried to correct it at all. my kids have been in and out of the doctors offices and hospitals due to allergic reations to the mold. and there health is getting concerning. the apt manager wants me to pay the 2 months rent i owe then (i with held it due to the mold) rent late fees court fees lawyer fees and paper processing fees. and they are puttung me and my two young very young kids out on the streets. is there a lawy that protects me from having to pay them all that money (because its close to 1600$) due to the hazardous living conditions.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Your question is about landlord-tenant law, not appeals and writs. Please re-post it under that category. More lawyers with the relevant expertise will see it there.
Good luck.
