Legal Question in Banking Law in Indiana
i won a judgement against an ex-tenant who was evicted and was awarded about $3000.00. after a couple of years i found out where he was working (self-employed) and i took him to court to get the money i was owed. the judge made him pay me $80.00 per month.he made the payments in 2009. in 2010 he made a couple of payments then stopped.on 12/27/10 he filed for chapter 7. what are my rights and also does the prior judgement in my favor superscede his filing for bankruptcy.
