Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
Assets
If I file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, does the property my husband brought into the marriage have to be listed as assets? Or do I only need to be concerned with personal property bought after the marriage?

Yes you have to list absolutely everything, or you are risking very big problems. You can say in addition that your husband claims the items.
