Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
We have gone to see an attorney to file chapter 13 we have not filed yet only hired them. We obtained a fast cash loan to pay bills to keep electricity are we wrong for doing that since we haven't actually filed yet?

Since you have already "hired" an attorney, it is best that you ask them your legal questions as it is not proper for anyone to answer this, especially since you have already stated you have hired an attorney. That is why you hire them, to protect your interest and to answer your legal questions. Sorry I am unable to answer.
