Bankruptcy and Divorce

In a divorce agreement, husband consolidateds wifes debts on his charge card. Wife agrees to pay husband $100.00 a month until debt is paid. Husband 4 years later files bankruptcy and his charge card debt is discharged.Is the ex-wife still obligated to pay husband $100.00 a month?

I would think you could go back imnto the court that rendered the divorce decree and petition for a modification now that the ex doesn't owe the debt. It would be easier for the ex to simply agree in a written modification to be filed with the court
