Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
My bankruptcy was final in 07 and we filed on our car they still have not came to get it. We have had to maintain insurance and plates due to the state laws. I have called several times and ask for them to come get it. We have no local office for the company. How do we get a title?

This is something to see your attorney about. In the New England region, an appellate court ruled that a lender's refusal to pick up a surrendered car might be sanctionable.
