Had a bankruptcy in a marriage 2.5 years ago.
Do I have any legal options as an indvidual??

Assuming both you and your wife received a discharge in the bankruptcy two years ago, neither of you are eligible to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. You are still eligible to file a Chapter 13 case, for which you should have counsel.
