What will I still have to pay after bankruptcy,credit cards,medical bills, will I owe something to the bank for my house?

If you keep your house, you will have to continue paying the mortgage. In Chapter 7, that will require a Reaffirmation Agreement with the lende; in Chapter 13, your plan should describe how you are treating the mortgage and your lawyer or the Trustee can explain it to you.
But, in short, keep the house--keep the mortgage.
