Banruptcy on judgements
I have a judgement against me for a uninsured accident I had in 1992,the attorney has suspended my drivers licence,can I file bankruptcy on this and reinstate my drivers licence? Thank you for any help in this matter.

Yes. A bankruptcy will enable you to regain your driver's license -- as long as the accident was not caused by drunken driving.
