Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
We have a boat that we owe 79K on, due to the economy the value of the boat has droped to around 40K We are thinking of doing a volunteer repo and letting the bank have it, if they do come after us for the remainder after selling the boat we would have saved up to pay this.
would this be a wise choice? or just keep struggling each month to make huge payments?
thanks

This is not a legal question. You would be better off talking with a credit counselor.
