Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
Had bought a car around 13 years ago my brother cosigned for it the car get repoed about a year and half after I bought it from a buy here pay here. I had to file bankruptcy in 2004 and that judgement was on my bankruptcy now 7 years later they are trying to come after my brother is this possible

It is entirely possible if your brother signed as being liable on the car. The issue here is the Statute of Limitations.
