Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
My brother and I own a house in Indiana together. We sold it to a Chinese restaurant but they are paying us on a 20 year contract and we hold the deed until they finish paying. However, my brother is claiming chapter 13 bankruptcy in Sept. what will happen to the house since his name is on the deed with mine? How do I protect my half of the house ?
