Chapter 7 bankrupcty
Can I file a Chapter 7 again even though I file one in 2002 or 2003? Can't remember when.

After receiving a discharge in a Chapter 7, you must now wait eight years before you can file and receive a discharge in another Chapter 7. The eight year period runs from the filing date of the first case to the filing date of the second case.
You are eligible to file a Chapter 13 now (assuming you are otherwise qualified to file a Chapter 13).
