If a person has filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy, that has not been discharged, is that person allowed to purchase property? If so, does the purchase have to be reported to the bankruptcy court?

Your assets belong to the bankruptcy trustee. So ask your lawyer to make proper arrangements if you wish to acquire property. Good luck.
