after filing a chapter 13 can you go back and add a bill on after you have already been to court?

If you have already filed your bankruptcy petition and you omitted a creditor that you owed before you filed, you can amend your schedules and add the omitted creditor. If the debt arose after you filed, you cannot add that creditor-consult your attorney
