Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
I have a collection agency calling me to pay a $4900 medical bill. I have been paying them $25/month for the last several months now to it all paid. They are telling me get a house equity loan and pay it off. I can't afford more than $25 now because I have 14 other medial bills I'm also paying $25/mo.
What should I do?
