Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
Creditor rights
One of our customers had filed Chapter 11. What are our creditor rights for outstanding debt? What timeframe must we work within and what is the actual procedure for filing a claim? Is there somewhere on the internet to be able to get a copy of the bankruptcy filing with the schedule we have to follow?
