Disabled and Need to file bankruptcy
Hello my question is i'm on ssi and social security, in the past i didn't have medical insurance and now i have too many credit card debt.Can i file for chapter 7 bankrutcy since I'm on social security and ssi???

Being on SSI and Social Security is does NOT prevent you from filing bankruptcy.
