Exemptions
What are the exemptions in the state of Indiana, for our house, property, etc.? Also can residents of Indiana choose between Indiana exemptions and Federal exemptions, if so what are the Federal exmptions?

Re: Exemptions
Indiana has statutory exemptions which replace the federal exemptions. In additon to the $10,000 maximum exemptions certain other statutes provide additional exemptions. You should consult your attorney about the extent of the exemptions.
