Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
My ex-husband is responsible to carry medical insurance on our children and is financially responsible for 51% of out-of-pocket charges after a certain cap. He currently owes me personally $2,600 for expenses incurred for our daughter (I have paid the entire medical bills). Can he include this in his bankruptcy?
