Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
My fiance and I would like to file bankruptcy. We have been living together for over 4 years and have at least 3 significant joint debts and we each have other individual debts. Can we file bankruptcy together or is that two separate filings?

unless you are married, you would each need to file a separate bankruptcy. I know in my office, we usually assist families who have to file two separate cases. Feel free to call my office to discuss your options. If you like, call the secondary number for direct access.
