Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
I need to file bankruptcy now, and have little or no money...what can I do?
I am a full time student, divorced mother of three that is not currently working and I need to file bankruptcy very soon.
I am being sued left and right and need help...I am not proud of the situation that I'm in and just want a clean slate. I have no assets besides a 14 year old honda. My entire monthly income consists of roughly 700.00 and I have no investments. I live in Noble Co. Indiana and would like to know if there are any legal services that can help me.
