Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
Filing chap 7 along with chap 13
I filed chap 13 to keep my home. Included in the 13 is my automobile. I decided that I no longer want to keep my home. Is there a possibility that I can file Chap 7 on the house and keep my car in the chap 13?

No. You cannot have simultaneous Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases going on.
What people do in your case is convert the 13 to a chapter 7.
Best of luck to you!
