Filing divorce when bankruptcy in progress
I was wondering if you can file for divorce when you have already filed for bankruptcy..We have been to our first hearing, it should be done by jan. 05...But i want to file for my divorce asp..Thank you so much...

Bankruptcy is no bar to getting the dissolution of marriage petition filed.
