Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Indiana
keeping my home
i have a question concerning a friend, who is 7 months pregnant and unable to work right now, but will be able to work after the baby is born. she filed chapter 13 bankrupcy a couple of years ago. can she file chapter 7 and still keep her home. thank you

She can convert the 13 to a 7.
She can keep the house if she is current on the payments and has less than $7,500 in equity in the home.
